Barney Maddock, Founder & Lead Coach
Barney Maddock founded Reach & Rally UK after recognising the pressing need for meaningful movement programmes in later life care settings. With a specialised background in tennis and sports coaching, Barney has long believed in the power of sport to improve wellbeing and used his experience to found Reach & Rally UK.
Dr. Pike, Medical Director
Dr Pike brings over a decade of healthcare experience to Reach & Rally UK. His career began as a Healthcare Assistant in a nursing home in Bristol, giving him invaluable frontline insight into the realities of caring for older adults. He later qualified as a doctor at St George’s University of London and currently works in stroke rehabilitation.
Sanjiv Sheth, Policies & Safeguarding Director
Sanjiv Sheth serves as the Policy and Safeguarding Director for Reach & Rally UK, helping to ensure that all programmes are delivered safely, responsibly, and with the wellbeing of participants at their core. With a strong background in governance and safeguarding, Sanjiv works to develop and maintain the policies that support safe, inclusive environments across later life care settings.
